Once you place an order with Shreddie.co, your order will be processed at our chosen warehouse within 1-3 business days & shipping times from there vary depending on your location (read on). You will receive an order confirmation email, along with shipping confirmation emails that include the tracking code(s).

• Please allow 2-4 weeks for the delivery 🚚 of your product(s) to most major locations. In some locations, delivery may take up to 6 weeks.
• Our products ship internationally; including such nations as China, Europe, UK, USA and Russia. Specific products come from international warehouses and we do not hold inventory on site.
• If you order multiple products & a variety of products in one order, your products will automatically arrive separately, due to different international warehouse centres.
• Because of this inconvenience to you, shipping is always free.

If a package goes missing, we will launch a postal service/tracking investigation 🔍 and provide refunds after 6 weeks of a 'no show' order (all orders will have tracking codes)
