1. Do you accept returns or do exchanges?
We generally do not accept returns to keep our carbon footprint down and will ask that unused returned items be donated to a local shelter or a rescue group. If we have made an error with the order then we will issue a refund. You can be rest assured that we have 100% error free rate at this time.
2. Can I get a refund if there is an issue with the product?
If there is a problem with the product, such as it arrived damaged or it's the wrong item - email us (sales@shreddie.co) right away, as we are happy to make it right for everyone. We only issue refunds within the first 7 days of the order being delivered.
3. My product hasn't arrived yet, what can I do?
