Pro Tip! Only take steps forward if your dog is giving you a loose leash. Any pulling and tightening of the leash will result in no movement. It makes for a long, slow walk while in training, but your dog will soon learn that pulling equals standing still. Add a treat pouch and clicker and you'll speed up the training!
